I had to return something I ordered from devoko, and while the return itself wasn’t exactly difficult, it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. There was a bit too much back and forth with customer service, and it ended up throwing off my plans because I was counting on getting it sorted quickly.
The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I just wish their return instructions were clearer from the start so I didn’t have to waste extra time dealing with it.

I ordered from Devoko and expected the package to show up in decent shape, but the box looked rough when it arrived. One side was ripped, the corners were crushed, and the tape looked like it was barely holding on. Thankfully, most of the parts were still inside, but it definitely didn’t give me much confidence in the order. Just felt a little careless overall.

My first impression wasn’t great. It looked decent out of the box, but it started scuffing and showing scratches way too quickly. I expected it to hold up a little better, so that was disappointing.

The tracking worked fine and kept me updated enough along the way. The box did have a small dent, but the item inside was completely okay. Overall, a solid experience and I’m giving 4 stars for the fast shipping.

Bought a devoko chair, and it started acting up while it was still under warranty.

I sent support the photos, order info, everything they asked for. Replies were slow, then they kept asking for the same details, then basically disappeared.

Wasn’t trying to get anything extra, just the warranty they advertise. Fixed it myself in the end. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

Putting this together took way longer than it had any right to. The holes didn’t line up properly, and the instructions were basically there for decoration. I had to take parts apart and redo them twice, which was super fun, obviously. Definitely not what I’d call easy to assemble.

My chair showed up damaged, which was annoying enough, but dealing with support made it worse. They took forever to respond, and when they finally did, I felt like they were talking down to me instead of actually trying to help. In the end, I still didn’t get a proper fix.

The site looks decent overall. The product photos are clear enough, and the colors seem to work fine. I could get a good idea of what the chairs and desks look like, which was basically what I needed.

That said, the layout feels a bit crowded in a few spots, and there’s maybe a little more scrolling than I expected. It’s not bad or anything, but I think it could probably feel cleaner and a bit more modern...

I’ve only had it for about two weeks and it’s already getting wobbly. It just feels, uh, really cheap and not like it’s going to hold up for long.

I wanted to give this chair a fair try because it looked decent when I first set it up, and for the first couple of weeks it was fine. But after about a month, it started getting really wobbly and one of the parts ended up breaking. Maybe I just got a bad one, but the materials don’t feel very sturdy to me. For the price, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but I did expect it to last longer than a month. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from devoko and, the delivery process was frustrating. The date kept shifting, updates were vague, and I ended up just waiting around not really knowing when it was actually going to show up.
It did finally arrive, so I guess it worked out in the end, and the product itself seems alright so far. But the delivery experience took a lot of the excitement out of it, and I’d have to really think twice before ordering again.

The chair looked decent when I first got it, so I thought it would be fine. But after sitting in it for even a short time, my back starts hurting and the seat feels hard and kind of cheap. I kept trying to adjust it and convince myself it just needed getting used to, but it feels like the goalposts keep moving with this thing. No matter what I do, it’s just not comfortable to sit in.

Not gonna lie, my order from devoko.com was mostly fine. The main items were correct, but one small part wasn’t the one I picked, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a major issue, and the delivery was okay overall. I’d say it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish they had double-checked the order before sending it out.

I reached out to support and waited for days, but nobody ever got back to me. It felt like my message just disappeared and no one cared enough to respond.

I was annoyed when my order showed up with parts missing, since I needed everything to be there the first time. They did send the parts eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. At least it got sorted in the end.

The cushions held up alright in light rain, but after a couple of storms they definitely got damp. Not totally soaked, but enough that I had to bring them in and let them dry out. Also, the repeated verification during the process was frustrating, felt like I had to keep proving I was a real person over and over.

I really thought this chair was going to be better considering what it cost. It looks decent in the photos, but once I actually started using it, it felt kind of cheap. It’s not very comfortable after sitting in it for a while either. Putting it together was more frustrating than I expected too. Overall, I’m disappointed and wish I had just spent a little more on something better quality.
